I think that when you say "robotic" you mean "perfect". and yes, it is hard to accept that she isn't some computer-made pointe robot, but she isn't. She is Sylvie, and if there ever was a robot erected to be the perfect, indestructible ballerina, they would base it on Guillem herself.

too robotic ????? in which moment, she has so splendid soft , natural arms lines and her hool body is very sensitive with the music and with the partner.This is for me the most tender, loving and sensual even erotic interpretation of this adagio. The relationship with Nicolas is absolutely exceptional and Sylvie looks like she is a woman accursed in swan not just an abstract bird like Lopatina.

What a magnificent performance. A veritable oasis of inspiration. I am just crazy about ballet. I remember Guillem in the 80's. A powerful gift to us all.
