nAyam loko'sty ayajnasya
kuto'nyah kuru-sattama
Bhagavad Gita As It Is ch.4 text 31

translation:
Oh best of the Kuru Dynasty, without sacrifice one can never live happily on this planet or in this life:what then of the next?

Purport coming soon.

P.S. On the translation I accidentally said,
......."what to speak of the next life." It should be:...."...what then of the next?

  • Thankyou for such a lovely video, Very beautifully spoken too.

I must agree though, It was kind of hard to hear with the background music on a similar level as the speech

  • Thank you for your appreciation and also for pointing out the mistake. I wish I could fix it.

  • would you say the Hindu God is prety much the same God like that of Judaism/Christianity and not the evil Allah from the Quran?

  • I would say that Krishna, is different from many descriptions of God. Instead of being jealous, and disciplinary, He is personable, affectionate and fun.

  • God is the same....it's just different names even Allah is another name for him...however what you may be refering to is the teachings in islam which I might disagree in some instances too...

  • We all view God through our own visions. Therefore He appears to be so variegated.

  • @YshuaShmaMoshiach Im Hindu and our religions says that God is known by many names by many people... so its the same truth speaking to and through people who have differetn tendencies to eachother... essence is the same. Muslims may not wish to be a part of this unity but hindus believe you dont have to convert at all. A jew may feel God when a hindu doesnt (if u dig..) ;)

  • Thank you, that was awesome..

  • i am a white male

and i want an indian girlfriend

and i want to obey her each day and each night

and ask nothing from her .

  • @LovedbyTheKing1990 Hey, actually the Vedas were first by far before all other traditions... F.Y.I. =) even the sound "A-U-M" is literally found to be the hum of the sun , NASA found this out a while ago but neglects to share with the world that some how the oldest spiritual society in the world knew the sound of the sun which isnt even audible through the human ears.... =| that's a fun fact 0.o Hare Krishna. =D , I'd personally say the source came to the Vedas first , that's my opinion though.,
