PX is not an impossibility. It is only an impossibility in an ignorant mind. The astute mind understands that there are an infinite number of possibilities, many of which include a PX.

The reason no one covers PX is because it's a complete impossibility. At the very least the way it's suggested to act. Something like that isn't going to just cause a pole shift, it would disturb the orbit entirely. On several passes it would have completely altered the very structure of our s.system and it surely wouldn't be as calm as it is today. Complex lifeforms never would have had a chance to evolve
