Battle against Bongo Bongo, Phantom Shadow Beast

I love this guy. :3 He's creepy, but I like him.

Plus, I don't have the Biggoron Sword, so shush. ù.u

He doesn't quite have more than one phase... it's just the same thing for the whole battle.

To prevent yourself from bouncing when he slaps the bongo with his hands, use the Hover Boots. I have yet to comprove that theory, because I only found out about that AFTER I recorded this video and saved the game. Thanks, Internet. u_u

First of all, Bongo Bongo has a few attacks up his sleeve. First: he can squash you with one of his hands. Second: he can slap you across your side. Third: He can grab you with one of his hands and squeeze the life out of you unless you do something about it (in other words, press A like crazy until he releases you). And finally, you can fall on that slimy green thing around the bongo you're standing on. It may not be a direct attack of Bongo Bongo, but it still hurts a little (in case you do fall, just climb back up). All those are easy to dodge if you're careful and if you have nice dodging skills. In case you don't, just don't get hit many times and you'll be fine. :B

Hhave your Bow AND Eye of Truth ready at all moments. Shoot the two hands with your arrows and they'll be stunned for a while, thus unable to attack you. Before they can shake themselves out of their stunning, put on the Eye of Truth and you'll see Bongo Bongo's main body. Take out your Bow and shoot his eye. Even if he's charging towards you, it should still work. He'll collapse to the ground. Slash his eye multiple times. Then do the same thing over and over again, until he just... melts. VOILA, Shadow Medallion!
