PYONGYANG - Even nature mourns the death of North Korean leader Kim Jong-il, state media reported Thursday in the country. When the leader died Saturday, crossed a snow storm and broke the ice around the holy place where Kim Jong-il in North Korean government was born.

That stream was provided by Unification Broadcasting, an organization in Seoul, South Korea. It had been online (except for occasional downtime) for about 6 years, but few people knew about it. Then Dong-a Ilbo, one of the major South Korean newspapers, wrote an article about it on Dec 13th (probably prompted by an article on North Korea Tech from the 8th), and the stream's popularity exploded. Unification Broadcasting has said that they're having a difficult time handling the traffic.
