Nick: *slams the off button* *groans* The last thing I wanted to think about was finding someone to be with during 2010. I had so much going on I wasn't sure if I was ready for someone new.

*knock on the door*

Nick: "Yeah?"

Papa J: "Come on Nick. You have that interview with Radio Disney. You need to give out the final details for your promo tour." *shuts the door*

Nick: *groans* I got up and washed up and threw something on. My promo tour for Who I Am was coming up and I have to admit, I was kind of nervous to perform without my brothers *goes down stairs* and nearly runs into Demi. "Dem?! What are you doing here!?"

Demi: "Hey Nick! Joe and I got signed to do a song for Disney's Friend's for Change so we're heading to Disney with you to get more details about it."

I yawned in response. I was a bit envious of Joe and Demi's relationship as best friends. They did everything together and they were always there for each other. I wanted a relationship like that. Someone I could constantly be around without too much drama. Joe had Demi. Kevin had Danielle. Miley, who even if she's my best friend, hangs out more with Liam. Even Selena has Joe's ex, Taylor Swift. I wondered if I was ever destined to be with anyone. I don't care if it's romantically or what.

*out of no where* NICK?!

My head shot up and I saw my dad staring incredulously at me. Nick: "What?! What'd I do?!"

Papa J: "You're late Nick!!" You're interview is in 45 minutes and you still need to check in! It's New Years Eve Nick! Traffic?"

Nick: "Crap. What about Joe and Demi? I thought they were coming with me?" I asked, running to the garage. My dad followed.

Papa J: "JOE DEMI HURRY UP NICK'S LEAVING!!" he turned to me. "They're not on a time limit!!"

Joe and Demi rushed passed my dad and we got into Joe's Hummer. My dad made sure the garage door was open while Joe stepped on the gas and sped out onto the road.

(35 minutes later)

Nick: "Stupid traffic!" I ran ahead of Joe and Demi who were sprinting to catch up to me. I ran through the double doors of the Disney building and hurriedly flashed my ID at the receptionist. She admitted me in and I heard Joe and Demi yell after me to slow down. I was huffing and puffing as I got to the 8th floor. "Yes!" I was almost there. I wouldn't be late. I turned the corner and BAM!

"AGH!!!" I ran right into someone and several CDs collapsed onto the floor.

Joe: *saw what happened* Nick you ok?!" Demi ran up right behind him and gasped.

Nick: I looked down at the girl I had just knocked down. "SELENA?!"
