Sherlock is a manwhore who is forced to have sex with multiple partners to keep his bills paid and his only means of escape are drugs and his passion for his side job as a detective. He is introduced to a man named Watson who he believes is just a new client here for his sex but as time goes on, he begins to realize that Watson doesn't take him for granted but as a friend. Watson follows Sherlock through his day to day routine of meeting up with his clients and starts to worry about him.
