I have never seen Cziffra speaking so much! I used to see him only playing, creating magic, charming our ears - and the only previous word (among very few others) was in that dialogue.

By the way, around 2 years ago there was a video of him improvising on The Hall of the Mountain King - a gloomy piece. Marcelmombeek had the video. But it was removed. Is there a chance to get it anywhere?

PART 4
The Italian conductor Mario Rossi conducted. He was a great man; he learnt the complete Bartók Piano Concerto, which is not a little task, because Bartók's music is complicated. I learnt it too, of course, so we played without partiture. The audience was amazed, because they said "the 2nd Piano Concerto is unplayable!". Yes, almost. The 1st and the 3rd are much more digestible, but the 2nd... I learnt all the 3 books of it for mind and hand. Few days after that, we were on the border.

Egyetértek! Szőrnyű, hogy ha nem a "proli-média" tévékben szerepel valaki, már nem is "létezik". Ez a 40 éves butítás eredménye... sikerült lesülyeszteni az emberek igényszíntjét a nullára. Csak a Valóvilág meg az egyéb primitív sorozatok... sör+kolbász oszt' kész...

nevetséges hogy ilyen kevés a magyar kommentelő..... itt van valaki, akire büszkék lehetünk, és az átlagmagyar nem is tudja ki volt Cziffra.... szomorú hogy a külföldieket jobban érdekli, és jobban értékelik
