  • Jesus?? lol

    Great information. 5 stars!

I am battling addiction using different methods. My sobriety is everything, and the missing link in AA as well as medical approaches is nutrition.

  • Thank you for sharing Matthew. I've also got an addictive personality and since switching to raw, I've been going through a sort of emotional detox .. no longer using food to numb my feelings .. so I am working with my feelings and bringing more awareness into my life.

  • Thank you for making these videos! I've had some of these experiences. Overeating, drug use, etc. I also struggle with depression, ednos, self injury and things like that. i just recently decided to transition into raw foods. Your videos make so much sense and have clearned up things. Epsecially with meat/dairy substitutes and craving carbs.

  • Thank you for sharing your story. Your openness and honesty is inspiring :)

  • mmm fried chicken and ice cream I'm like 50/50 healthy and junk food lol

  • Thank you so much for the information in your videos they really help me keep on track with my new way of living
