  • Great Job Rick! Nice camera work Betty! Being from Chicago ILLinois I am familiar with the company that manufacturers the knives Rick is demonstrating.Chicago cutlery has tremendous products !I agree with Rick on his choice for the essential knives.

  • @LESTER7L1 Thanks, Lester!

  • Thanks for this Betty & Rick! I only have one kitchen knife. It was really interesting to learn about the different kinds of knives.

  • Very nice Rick! Now let's see you cook something.

  • Rick is very sexy, Betty! You are a great looking couple! I'm a fan of yours, but I do love the occasional "non-cooking" video....like this one, the field trips, and the one in the gym. You are so pretty, that I know a lot of us would love a video or two on your beauty secrets! Heidi

  • I like how calm Rick talks. He seems like he would be an awesome teacher

  • I had a set of Chicago Cutlery but didn't care for them. I now have a full set of Wustof Classic Ikon, which are just amazing in quality and come with a lifetime guarantee. I also have a Kyocera ceramic blade that I've had about 3 years now. It's really good for chopping soft vegetables etc. I guess it's personal preference. Even though I'm no chef, I just like to have a good quality product. Thanks for the video.

  • I love that he knows all the names to the knives! I just call them "hey get that big knife, no the smaller one, no that medium sized one, no not that one." I didn't know they had names, i'm so impressed.

  • @marystestkitchen No, it's the same camera. Thank you so much for your sweet comment on my camera work. I got several criticisms on the camera work on the previous video, so I had to just bite the bullet and do my best on this one! Thanks again!

  • Also, is that a new camera you're using? Looks great. Or maybe it's Betty's camera skills! very nice!
