Just a really easy and simple exercise for building up power from your core. I just started doing this on day, for no particular reason and thought I'd post what I found. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message over youtube.com

  • aer you chuk norrises son?

  • Wow, that is quite possibly one of the greatest complements I have ever receaved. : )

  • I study in Tang Soo Do and Yang Style Tai chi. However, alot of what I do and learn is taken from experimenting myself from things my freinds do or things I have read in books, or just things I have thought up myself. Things like this arn't a heavy part of my training. Like everyone else I do my bagwork and set forms, but I do also like to try differant types of training because if you keep to one kind you will get good at the type training and not improve so much yourself.

  • nice. You can also replace this method( for example when it becomes way too easy) with a hanging bag with some amount of weight and then doing the same thing. after some time you can increase the amount of weight of your bag.

  • stop punching your door and come down to dinner!
