The battle of the ages, fought across many different video games. Cloud and Sephiroth have been fighting across many games, often from mods to things like Jedi Acadamy (Knight), Oblivion, Soul Calibur 4, Gmod, and even from normal releases like Final Fantasy VII, Dissidia, and Kingdom Hearts series. Now, I bring you to the world of Ivalice in Final Fantasy Tactics to see Cloud fight Sephiroth.

Cloud Strife - Soldier (Level 95)
Brave 100, Faith 72
Limit (Break), Phantom (Midgar Swarm, Bahamut, Odin, etc.) MP Switch, Non-Charge, Move +3
Materia Blade, Ribbon, Black Costume, 108 Gems

Sephiroth (Elmdor) - ??? (Level 98)
Brave 100, Faith 71
Fight for Life: Attack Cloud
Black Magic
Dimension Magic (Meteor, etc)
MP Switch
Non-Charge
Teleport 2
Masamune, Grand Helmet, Maximillian, Wizard Mantle

The footage is taken from Final Fantasy Tactics gameplay, some of the sprites are hacked in for the neo cloud advent children look, and Elmdor turned into Sephiroth. During the video, we see Cloud confront Sephiroth, but before things get out of hand, Cloud remembers a past scene... with Aeris, and of what Sephiroth did before his very eyes. Back in the present, Sephiroth charges Cloud and the battle ensues. They are fairly equal in strength but Sephiroth is a bit stronger... Who will come out the victor? What will happen to Cloud? [Spoilers may occur if you haven't played Final Fantasy VII yet]

Final Fantasy Tactics (ファイナルファンタジータクティクス) is a tactical role-playing game developed and published by Square (now Square Enix) for the Sony PlayStation video game console. It was released in Japan in June 1997 and in the United States in January 1998. The game combines thematic elements of the Final Fantasy video game series with a game engine and battle system unlike those previously seen in the franchise. In contrast to other 32-bit era Final Fantasy titles, Final Fantasy Tactics uses a 3D, isometric, rotatable playing field, with bitmap sprite characters. The game is set in a fictional kingdom called Ivalice, which has just ended its war with the neighboring kingdom of Ordalia. The story follows Ramza Beoulve, a young cadet who finds himself thrust into the middle of a conflict, where two noble factions are coveting the throne of the kingdom. While the war was caused by a conflict of succession, Ramza was exposed to a plot that involved the kingdom's dominant religious organization. A spin-off was created in 2003, called Final Fantasy Tactics Advance for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance (itself having a sequel called Final Fantasy Tactics A2), and in 2006, a stand-alone title called Final Fantasy XII was released for the Sony PlayStation 2. All three games take place in the fictional land of Ivalice. An enhanced remake of Final Fantasy Tactics, Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions, was also released in 2007 as part of Square Enix's new Ivalice Alliance project. Overall, the game received positive reviews from gaming magazines and websites!
Final Fantasy VII (ファイナルファンタジーVII) is a console role-playing game developed by Square (now Square Enix) and published by Sony Computer Entertainment as the seventh installment in the Final Fantasy series. It was released in 1997 for Sony's PlayStation and in 1998 for Microsoft's Windows-based personal computers, and released onto the PlayStation Network in 2009. The game is the first in the series to use 3D computer graphics, featuring fully rendered characters on pre-rendered backgrounds. Set in a dystopian world, Final Fantasy VII's story centers on mercenary Cloud Strife who joins with several others to stop the megacorporation Shinra, which is draining the life of the planet to use as an energy source. As the story progresses, the situation escalates and Cloud and his allies must battle Sephiroth, the game's main antagonist. Development of Final Fantasy VII began in 1994 and the game was originally intended for the SNES, but it was later moved to the Nintendo 64. As the system's cartridges lacked space, Square decided to release the game for Sony's PlayStation instead. The music was scored by Final Fantasy veteran Nobuo Uematsu, while the series' long-time character designer, Yoshitaka Amano, was replaced by Tetsuya Nomura. Noted for its graphics, gameplay, music, and story, Final Fantasy VII is acknowledged as one of the greatest and most influential games of all time. As of December 2005, the game has sold more than 9.9 million copies worldwide, earning it the position of the best-selling Final Fantasy title.

  • at first intresting and really good but the end was crap. sry ... "this is sparta" ??? WTF ??? and someone's screaming snake ??? where is the sense in all this???

  • @lovefrenchi Obviously you've never played or seen a Metal Gear Solid game before or the movie "300."

Go play Metal Gear Solid 3 (the prequel), then Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 2, and then Metal Gear Solid 4. You won't be disappointed as the games are quite entertaining. Watch the Movie "300" and then you can appreciate the jokes / references in this video.

  • @StoneMonkWisdom well i do know about those 2. but what i don't understand is... what has it in commom with final fantasy ???

i don't wanna offend anyone i just don't understand it.

  • @lovefrenchi It's just to be random, it has nothing to do with Final Fantasy, it's just something fun I thought up at the time of making this video. On rare occasions, I like to make "random" video game videos with ridiculous premises or otherwise a serious nature but then at the end, do something goofy causing people to turn heads. XP
