Brooks Running - Scott Jurek and Todd Dean discuss how to improve on the first round sample of the Cascadia 7. They are comparing the first round sample to a pullover (i.e., a sample with a modified pattern, but not a finalized shoe) to help make decisions on how best to move forward to the next round.
I very much agree with walkon50. I've been a Cascadia lover from 3-5, but felt pain instantly in the 6's. I tried them in training runs and ran them in a few ultras and they just destroyed my knees. I have no idea why, but please please bring back the 5's!

I walked 800k in the Cascadia 5 ...they were great...no blisters!!
But Cascadia 6 sucked in my opinion...shoe laces no longer triangular kept coming undone... construction too light thus not as sturdy, didn't feel as well supported...I think you are trying to make them too light weight...GO BACK TO CASCADIA 5 CONSTUCTION PLEASE
