@blackhero22 isle of sky I believe is either Irish legend or a real place. His size is actually referring to his package and the rest is about how brazen irish men are despite the fact that they may not be hung they walk around in a kilt, ie no "trousers" and he's saying let the wind come I'm confident with my self. And hes hitting on all the ladies.
