Sorry, the NHS is fantastic, and these "foreign born" doctors and nurses have personally been instrumental in the birth of my two children, my mothers cancer surgery, and many other procedures my family and extended family have undergone. They have also done this to a highly profesional level. From each according to his means, to each according to his need, It's a great philosophy.

The irony is that there are also many foreign born doctors within the United States, and many more who are recent immigrants; and they are not Anglo Saxons! American universities, including the most prestigious , are full of recent immigrants and foreign students, especially in the Science departments. On the other hand, the United States did just elect an African American named Barack Huessein Obama as their president. Its not as bad as it seems.

History shows that exact opposite of that! No individual who actually has some knowledge( that is that goes beyond anecdotes), or has experienced the the UH care systems of any of the other developed nations of the world, ( the fact that every developed nation utilizes some form of UH tells a rational person, who is no deluded by irrational economic dogmas, that UH is a success - but not perfect) would hold this belief. universal healthcare). there, republicans have just helped soften the healthcare problem without having to raise taxes substantially. plus, we don't have to ration, control prices, or have long waiting lists either. privatized healthcare > universal healthcare
