@Nirklas Scandinavia is a geographically term(and also used for culturally and ethnicy). Not politically.

Sweden wasnt even a unified kingdom in the viking age, it was split in 3 kingdoms.

And even if Finland was controlled by Sweden in the middleages that doesnt make Finland scandinavian.

Norway controlled Orkneys,Shetlands and Caithness(in scotland) that surely still doesnt make it Scandinavian.

@MrIAmTheLaw66 I am proud of you, my brother. That is exactly how I felt when I lived in Canada. Luckily there was a group of other Norwegian immigrants where I lived. I was never fully integrated in the Canadian society. The only friends I hung out with were Norwegian immigrants.
