The most important reason "brains" leave is the fact that they want to much money and if they get a lot of money, the government claims the biggest part. So to get rich most "brains" leave for countries where one can do a lot of things with, for example 10 euor. A reason why most factories get cheap people, like, from example, India.

@moost66 no, fact of the matter is you are a very low educated country, your devellopment level in education = VMBO= lowest of the low, you dont produce intellectuals of world class, and if you do so... all those that even do go to university in holland do not stay... they all flee to foreign countries., wich forces you to pursue a policy of importing brains out of asia.... for wich you pay a a hefty price, as they do not come cheap., you realy have no clue about economics.

@rabin46 If zo, and i mean about importing branis(?), than this is because importing branis is much cheaper than having brains yourself. The salary that locals want is way to high for the most jobs, so importing workers is much cheaper.
