She spoke at my University yesterday and she was absolutely incredible . She was imformative, yet very clever and funny. I could not stop grinning by the end applause. I feel so blessed to have had the experience of hearing her speak. She blew me away, she really knows how to talk to a crowd. Go Mara!

Love her. Had a great conversation with her back in 2005, she should run for President.

Good interview, Mara. My only issue is with the overly inflated statistics at the end. Three million? Where is that number coming from? I've been in the community for too long, seen the turnouts at trans-only rallies, seen the memberships on real life support groups and on online forums. Exaggerating statistics is no way to gain PR points unless you can back them up.
