A parade of cars with honking horns almost always means....wedding! And indeed it did. Standing around at Sirogojno Open Air Museum, I saw cars approaching and drawing nearer. Picked up cameras and ran like a bat out of hell to the small Sirogojno church where a priest stood in the doorway.

Sure enough, the bridal party came walked down the road accompanied by a small band. Serbian flags flying, slivovitz bottles being passed between what I think was the father of the groom and friends.

The white gowned bride had the groom on her right, father on her left while friends and family followed behind. Nothing makes me happier than seeing a wedding along wedding traditions of another country...
