omg, i work for a major retailer as well,and from things youve described prob the same one, i fully agree with everything you said. people just take advantage of everything, and when they are upset they act as if it is your personal fault,never taking any blame for anything. working with thousands of people everyday i have realized that i hate the mass majority of people because they are rude,inconsiderate and retarded to say the least

Everytime i get attitude for asking for ID they end up being born in fucking 91 or 92 and im like shit your barley old enough and your giving me shit im fucking 27 and i always have my ID ready. i dont pass an attitude or through the fucking shit on the counter ..i throw that shit back at em exspecally whe you drop your money on the counter instead of just handing it to me..so you can enjoy scraping your nickels off the counter as it falls down into the black hole i call the gum rack

Yall customer service people think every customer is an idiot. You all have this condescending tone like " I am better than this, and i am better than you." So guess what after a while you start treating the good customers like crap too and that good customer becomes a bad customer and now you have one more asshole to deal with.
