not bad but there are many important aspects left out like crank length. also, IMO she should be a bit more over the cranks as you can see her forward leg, below the knee is angled back quite a bit when the pedals are horizontal. also, there is a lot of variability to this, you start with a formula, but you work from there.
best advice - go to the local bike shop and have the owner set you up.
2nd best advice - your seats too high. lower it a half inch today.

@getplaning I was about to say that. I use different crank lengths on different bikes, so measuring at from the centre of the bottom bracket is pointless (guess a could work it out from that but why would I make it harder than it needs to be?)

@getplaning +1 , she probably uses the same length cranks .

I would only add that you need to measure seat height from the top of the pedal at the bottom of the stroke, not the center of the bottom bracket.
