(Sorry it starts blurry but gets BETTER)

A demonstration of my GitHub program https://github.com/shanselman of a Remote Pan Tilt Zoom of a Logitech BCC950 Conference Cam using .NET, SignalR, WPF and Windows Azure integrated with Lync. This is great for remote workers who want to control a camera from their home office. I can move the camera as well as zoom in and NO special drivers are needed.

    Strange.. up and down does work, but only after I press it on the device or remote control at least once.

    Actually, I can do this with PTZDeviceConsole.

    My only issue is the up and down arrows seem to have no effect. Left, Right, Home and End are fine.

    Great work.

    I don't need cloud, remote etc - I would just like software control.

    I guess that can be done with a subset of your solution, but I'm not a software engineer :-(
