Margaret and Helen in deep discussion as to what they will wear out to
the big dance. This little film is another fine example of 1940's fashion styles.

  • Lady gaga ?

  • true because old people like gramps do know whats hot...:) not being sarcastic 1:10 its kinda hard to crictize what someone else is wearing when you cant see them..how did girl friends survive with out skype...

  • Unfortunately I don't think most ladies are in danger of being overdressed these days.

  • You can find them, trust me you can, but you need to really search hard and sometimes pay a lot! And yes, real Glamour is gone. A skirt on or below the knees is hardly acceptable when you can have one much much higher...; - )...

I for one am going to teach LONDON one dress as a time...lol!

  • I kinda like the way that the girl with the "too many ornaments" looks better!^u^

  • is true, but unfortunately now everything runs on sex and thinking that dresses today are more sexy ... but is wrong

in those days, life was simpler but more beautiful.

  • @luloops

where can you buy genuine vintage clothes like this that aren't too expensive? do you know of any websites or anything? x

  • @NightmareBarbieDoll Or you can buy the real thing by buying vintage.

  • @BeauitifulMJForever You can find similar dresses, but they're likely to be expensive. High end designers are the ones that usually make beautiful dresses based on older styles.
