Very poor bondage tie. That first loop around one ankle (called a "lark's head" BTW) will self-tighten, cutting off circulation to the foot.

@Grizzlybear406 no one is getting supended by it lol. its simple fast and easy and since it's just the ankles no one should die from this knot. I've never had anyone foot fall off nor have I had the circulation get completely cut off. this is for light fun bondage only not suspension or heavy pain bondage.

Still very poor technique to practice ties that will self-tighten if the subject struggles, as so many of them like to do. Here's a video of a better way, one that won't tighten up from struggling.
