Mr. Charlie Black, this brother was shot because the officers who approached him were dressed like "thugs" and they NEVER identified themselves. If anybody approached my car at night, and don't identify themselves, and I got that thing on me, we going to war!!! This is what happened. Earlier that same night, these same officers tasered a brother coming from church services!! The Justice Dept. BEEN KNEW about these rogue officers in New Orleans, and haven't done NOTHING to curb this behavior!!!
