I live in the lower 48 but we have a lot of commercial fishermen that come to Bristol Bay. I just learned about the Pebble mine 3 weeks ago and I have some questions. First off tho let me say that this was a good video.

#1. What do the mine engineers say about the Pebble?

#2. The detractors sound like the same kind of people who were against the pipeline.

#3. What is the plan to dispose of the arsenic?

#4 What are the economics of the mine verses salmon fishing,

@B17Boy Damn, you're stupid. You just don't get it. I never said I was against all mining. I made it quite obvious that I'm against mining IN CERTAIN AREAS. Would you be ok with putting a highway through the middle of your house? How about a public restroom? No? Then get the hell of the roads and don't ever use any public restrooms. Damn hypocrite.

@billychristopherson7 - An enviro-moron is someone that claims to be for protecting the environment but their actions belie their words. That is, they want to stop the mining of copper and gold to protect wildlife but they use things like computers and cellphones that have copper and gold in them. If you believe so strongly in something, then take the lead and stop using all things that have gold and copper in them. Otherwise you are a hypocrite.

The toxic mining waste in an earth quake zone is a frightening thought. Why, with those facts, can this project even be considered????
