I tried arugula for the first time and it tasted like ass. It was organic.... maybe I got a bad batch? I've heard people say it's 'peppery' but all I got was unwashed butt. :(

@deadwillwalk77 hahah too funny, Yea i dunno Ive had some I love love love and some that I think is just ok. Check some more out, maybe you dont like it? ahha use less in the recipe or sub for green onions for a diff kick.!

@rawmark Indeed you are fully right, Ive done my research as well having stayed away for the most part from tap water for near a decade, it really is a sad reality. Most places do Fluorinate, the truth is coming out slowly but surely. Ive seen bits about it on some mainstream sources, i do think the time will come when Fluorinated water is seen as the crime it is.

@ck1nsh Yes, I know but fluoride is poison friend. This is the same stuff that Adolph Hitler gave to the Jews in the concentration camps. It's also the main ingredient in rat poison and it's a by product from the agricultural industry that can't be disposed of easily. Also, the government is trying to add it to the water in SD. Did you know that? Yup.

@rawmark All depends where I am, Fluoride is in most water systems, I prefer to not drink nor use it to wash as well. In cali I use Distilled or RO water, here at home some filtered and some distilled. Calling it toxic is fairly black n white imho, i prefer not to walk in that way. Less than Ideal, or with toxic qualities yes. Always a gradient, n a good idea to reach for the best quality in those areas we have a choice with.

Great vid bro. I just hope you don't have fluoride in your water or you have a whole house fluoride filter otherwise you're washing all those lovely veggies and fruit in toxic water. Will make a donation for the recipes in a few weeks. From what I saw everything looks yummy!
