材料
白蝦、蔥花、辣椒末、蒜末、鹽、糖

做法
1.先將蝦瀝乾,再用紙巾將蝦盡量擦乾
2.熱油鍋約200度,把火開大,油不要超過鍋子的1/2,將蝦放入鍋中油炸,油炸時間不要超過1分鐘,即可撈起瀝油備用
3.另熱一鍋,將辣椒末1茶匙、蒜末1大匙與蔥花2大匙,略炒香之後將蝦加入鍋中,轉小火,灑上少許鹽與糖,轉大火炒勻即可
