On 10 May 1940 Hitlers armies struck westwards across Europe. Within weeks Holland and Belgium had surrendered and panzer divisions had split the British and French armies. The Admiralty signalled the start of "Operation Dynamo" - the evacuation of the troops at Dunkirk. The Douglas DC-3 is an American fixed-wing, propeller-driven aircraft whose revolutionized air transport in the 1930s and 1940s. Because of its lasting impact on the airline industry and World War II it is generally regarded as one of the most significant transport aircraft ever made. Game FSX and words by Winston Churchill & music by Lagooneiland. Thanks for watching the video.
