@Scream964 yup...he drown lava tube diving.It was a and still is a shame.Who would have guessed he would have lost his life in a lava tube and not on the waves?atleast he was where he belonged...in the water..

one of the big wave charger ever..nice photo-video , i meet jay back in 1999 at san sebastian , pais vasco , and them surf few times with him at puerto escondido, mexico , on the tube riding contests hosten by angel salinas.........jay you all ways be with us....
