@IWalk4tnt hmm...interesting sandi, I never really thought of muscle in that way. But, now that i do , it makes more sense, because i am starting to fit better into my clothes ;) Thanks!

You can do it and get past this! As long as you feel like you look smaller, then that's all that matters. I thought maybe you could be hitting a plateau, but I think that's too early. After losing about 25 pounds last month, I now am toning more than dieting, so I gained a couple pounds back but still lost inches. So have confidence, as long as you feel you look good. You go girl:)
sometimes there's no explanation for why your body wants to gain one week... but look at the bigger picture. if you keep doing what you are doing, you are GOING to reach goal. I know how frustrating it must be, but the scale isn't everything! remember it's how you physically feel as well... that's why I'm only weighing myself once a month because sometimes the scale makes me feel extremely discouraged even though I'm doing well... take care & see you next week :)

@alyssalosesweight Thanks so much for the encouragement! Ya, that scale can definitely be discouraging sometimes, but I believe i can get to my goal :)

I notice that everytime I usually get back on track, I don't lose weight that first week, or lose anything at all. So that may be happening here...I gurantee if you continue doing what you did this week, and weigh in next week, you'll see a loss. In terms of the muscle vs. fat issue, I had a grad student teacher in a health class at ASU once that said muscle and fat weigh relatively the same, and we shouldn't be blaming our weight gain on muscle. Not sure if thats true, but I'd tend to think so

@vzballa Thanks bro! I think i remember you saying this, that's why i mentioned it in the vid. Ya i didn't want to blame it on the muscle, but i don't know what else to blame it on lol.

dangit, that sucks! i think our bodies are going through a huge change cuz we were eating so well, then eating hella bad for like 2 months, our bodies are probably like what's going on?! hahaha or we're just building up muscle lol either way, next week will be better fo sho! we just gotta keep pushing forward :D you can do it chica!!
