Intermittant sync like.that can mean emi or rfi and since its fttn connection they proly used a diplexor and wired u into the existing drop and infrustructure u should see if you have the home wiring protection plan and pay for a tech ive had uverse for 4 years and the only time I even had to call tech support was cuz I got an email saying my 2wire 3800 was just upgraded to 3801 and I swapped it out since then I get 24mbps and u450
for me att uverse is fucking slow on loading videos takes longer to load then the video itself feels like dial tone connection i swear ima drop att so fucking gay.
But for direct connection from beginning to end with fiber optics, go with Verizon FiOs--WAY faster than AT&T U-Verse and hopefully, no disconnection. Currently for me, I don't have that service available in my area. So my next best choice would have to be Comcast if I wanted to switch.
I currently have AT&T U-Verse broadband. So far, my connections are fine. Never had it disconnected. It's customers like you who probably ordered for self install and can get it right. You called for techs to come out and ATT charged you for it. ATT doesnt need ignorant customers like you. Stick to the bunny ears on your tvs and you'll make the world a better place.
(And if you have these problems ask for your RG to be swaped out at no charge)
this is exactly how AT&T think and I wouldn't be surprised if this person works for them
