  • What is the point of this video?!

  • @gtdrummerdude yes indeed 5.0's are easy to modify and all, torque is all that matters lol. surely in the future i'll get a v8 and take it to the track and shit

  • @titogcubangonzalez Yea some of them are good. 5.0 Mustangs are quick cars and cheap to make fast. My old car had a really close race against a K20 swapped, bolt on EG coupe at the drags once. I prefer 8 cylinder stuff tho, the torque is the difference!

  • @gtdrummerdude thats good, I might a gt or z28 someday.. it all depends , I've always had hondas in the high 14's but nothing beats american muscle, I love my VTEC but I sure know real power lies in them motherfuking v8's lol.

  • @titogcubangonzalez Statistical knowledge lol i'm loving it! I have made over 500 1/4 mile passes, my last Mustang went 11.87 @ 118 mph. I would say I have enough experience. My friend's '04 GT with a cold air kit, upper plenum and cat-back exhaust went 14.09 with a 2.20 60'. My 14.05 and 14.06 passes with pulleys and exhaust were with a 2.02 and 1.98 60', so his "mid 14" car is actually a high 13 car with only minor bolt-ons. There are stock-motored foxes in the 12s btw.

  • @gtdrummerdude I find it hard to belive you will do almost 14 flat quarter mileon a 5.0l foxbody when the 2001 mustang gt 5speed will do the quarter mile in mid 14's... according to my statistical knowledge and countless times of being at the track

  • @titogcubangonzalez Nope, there are videos of bone stock Mustangs going 0-60 in 6 seconds flat, and I have personally done it with the heaviest fox body you could buy. This is a repeat statement from my last comment which you seem no to have read. Once again, with pulleys and exhaust only which add maybe 10 hp to a stock 5.0L I went 8.99 1/8th and 14.05 1/4 mile. Everything else on the entire car was 100% stock with no weight reduction, 3460 lbs race weight.

  • @gtdrummerdude bone stock a 1992 will be in the high 6's at least , at most low 7's..... I doubt you will get 6 flat in a BONE STOCK 1992 mustang gt.... the 1999 260hp mustang gt does 60mph in 6 secs flat.

  • @titogcubangonzalez More like 6.0 second bone stock. I have a '92 convertible, the heaviest fox you could get and it did 0-60 in 6 seconds flat bone stock. With pulleys and exhaust only it went 8.99 @ 77.5 mph in the 1/8th on 205/55R16 all-season tires. That's 0-80 mph in under 10 seconds basically stock on street tires.

  • ok friend this one is a bit off!!! that car's 0-60 time is around 8's and 7's with a stick transmission
