Hemp could be grown at Superfund sites and toxic waste dumps. It would absorb water and pollution. Use the seed to produce alcohol and your in business.

@tutorturtle I get a headache if i smock the stuff wiht like 20% thc buddy.
-
@Maracachucho Industrial hemp is defined as being less than 1.5% THC. It will only give you a headache if you smoke this stuff.
The real reason for the "tax stamp act of 1930" was because the DuPont chemical Co. In 1920's he secured the patents for hydrocarbon processes that emulated the same results hemp traditionally filled.
It was an illegal meddling by the government in mitigating competition in commerce.

Heinous political acts of over 70 years ago removed this resource from the public eye of America except as cast as a drug that was destroying her children.
That was a total and criminal ripoff of generations of people. Our parents, ourselves, our children, our grandchildren.
So, hemp will make a resurgence but this time as a controlled plant of the state.
Thanks for the video

Does anyone realise that one can get more powerful drugs from numerous common garden plants!!!! And those are not forbiden.

@kelly2000398 Oh be assured, there is BIG MONEY to be made keeping it illegal; keeps all the prisons full! And ALL the Big Greedy Dogs, like Cheney invest in prison system! They get money from the government and free labor for ruining American lives, and a BIG Tax shelter to boot!

@wiskawind actually its still schedule 1 under fed law
and even before it was made illegal almost 90% of medicine
was made from the hemp plant they have done test they know
its benifits but they are ignoring them and made it illegal anyway
i wonder, if by artificial selection you can get a special breed of hemp that does not contain THC. if so, can the hemp still be used for all the industrial purposes mentioned in this video?
Maracachucho 3 years ago
Maracachucho: The Lord has answered your question by providing hemp in many grades from industrial, which contains not enough THC to get anyone high to recreational with high levels of THC. THC is a medicine that has been in use for about 5,000 years and is listed in the Physicians Desk Reference Herbal Edition. The problem is not the hemp plant. We should let nature be. The problem is our evil governments that have made interacting with a plant a cause to make people slaves in jail, or worse.
