I first saw Larry at the Red River Bluegrass Festival in 1971, i knew then it was true what UNCLE BIL MONROE said about him, "THAT HE WAS THE BLUES IN BLUEGRASS", i have everything he has ever recorded. I got to visit with him in Centerville, Virginia in 1988 at Hobb's & Partner's 2. LOVE HIM.

What a humble man he is and God surely gave this man the most pleasant voice I have ever heard. I can't even define it...it's simplly divine and so soothing. Will be nice to hear him sing to the Lord on that Glorious day!!!
