I will always wonder...which was the real Bill Shatner? The right wing idiot he played in Boston Legal? A ham acting hack? A self parodying genius? We know he is hated by most of the original star trek cast...jealousy or genuine reason for contempt? A complex man if nothing else.

I think he was considering how to far out to play the role. That thought in your head that goes "Man, if I do this....how many people am I gonna make mad? Hee hee... lots! I'm doin' it!"

The pauses are what really make this one.

Sointula from the look on his face one would think he is singing with a voice better than Povaratti's, but he isnt even singing, he is just talking. I do love his version of 'Ground Control to Major Tom' haha.
