  • This only a parody people. Despair doesn't exist. Gosh

  • so true!!

  • Yes, my co-workers and I are demotivated. I can relate to the 7th point, we've come to a point where we avoid risks and we are an "extension of executive ambition", we just do as we're told and have given up on proposing new ideas. The funny thing is our boss isn't very brilliant so the company is slowly going to hell, we have half the clients we had last year, so, the company is loosing money but we are still getting paid, and we will get a nice big check when we are fired lol

  • Come on you lot, he's taking the piss!!!!!

  • @TheLadyoftheCats It's not difficult for you, but every day I listen to everyone at work gripe about how much they hate their job, the way they're treated, and they're worried about being laid off. Most people will tolerate a lot of abuse before they crack. I think the company knows this so they make the job a little bit worse, then wait a few months for everyone to get used to it then make it a little bit worse again.

  • @luno44 It´s not so difficult. I´ve done it before. I´m not available to me treated like shit. I have something called "self-estime" and I don't want it to be taken from me.

  • @TheLadyoftheCats humans are creatures of habit. It's not easy to just quit. They also know really well how to be miserable at their current job and that makes it easy to stay.

  • it's satire. how can you not know this?

  • Sorry, but I think the autor of this shit is A SON OF A BITCH!

How can you promote this kind of bullshit. Even if is true (that's godd for bosses) this is a social time bomb.

Sure, they probably they work more, but probably they are thinking about killing their bosses ¬¬

    STUPID PEOPLE!!

If you doný like your job....JUST QUIT!!! cause as this video shows, NOBADY CARES ABOUT YOU ¬¬

  • *self-doubt=work hard to salvage identities: i work smart baby! & i make sure i KNOW what i do.

*no emotional resilience=work extra hard to avoid humiliation: yeah right, i'm not gonna add another stressor when i'm already feeling bad. that's bullshit! i'd quit the job and look for a job where i am sure and know what i am doing.

*intense risk aversion=extension of executive ambiton: as i said, I'D WORK SMARTLY TO GET YOUR POSITION.

you just got me motivated :P

    hurray!
