i think the conductor even puts on a pope outfit and raises his arms up at the end of this number! that's not in this video though

The reason why recording of the show is prohibited is more because they don't want bad quality videos kicking around the internet that make the show look bad which in turn discourages more people from seeing it, than piracy.

This is the best musical I have ever seen. I saw it in December 2009 with Patina Miller as Deloris and she rocked the theatre. Definitely recommend. 5*
