Trains passing stations with speeds up to 200 km/h is something normal in many European countries. There are no laws which force trains to slow down. Speed limitations usually depend on the track condition and on the alignment (sharp curves etc), but not on stations.
However, there are laws that people must not walk on railway tracks....

most p-way laws are common sense laws, or in this case, safety laws. or murphy's law. so what if your org. doesnt hv such laws...dont you think they should have it in their by-laws? the law will be there, but you may not be aware of it.

@GunaMalaysia trains domt need to slow down just because they are approching a station what international law is that? i workl for a organisation in australia and we have no such laws.
