  • @LitJerker4 YES!!!! Matteo Schiavone (was at Settebello) is at Terra Mia. Making le pizze belle. Life is beautiful.

  • Forse la temperatura e'troppo alta ma non vuol dire che non si cucina anzi.Per quanto riguarda il colore e la lievitazione ti dico che questo impasto sara'almeno 30 ore di lievitazione nell frigo. Senza interessi sono un pizzaiolo anch'io.

  • troppo alto il forno...la pizza sarà cruda al centro.Oltretutto la lievitazione è stata troppo breve visto il colore della pasta a cottura ultimata.
