This Is Lawrence - Björklunden

The recently completed More Light! campaign brought exciting changes to Björklunden, Lawrence's northern campus in Baileys Harbor. A 20,000-square-foot addition doubled the size of the lodge and brought with it a new seminar room, computer room, mudroom, observation deck and 10 new bedrooms.

If you've been to Björklunden, you already know how magical of a place it is—and are probably smiling as you remember the time you spent there! For those that haven't had a Björklunden experience, this week's video showcases the lodge and all that it means to Lawrence. This is an "extended version" of the Björklunden video shown at the More Light! campaign finale (that has also been posted online). Even if you've watched it before, we think you'll appreciate the little add-ons and the chance to escape to Björklunden one more time—even if it's just for a few minutes.

Bjorklunden rocks! Glad to see they're keeping the experience strong for future Lawrentians. Definitely one of the highlights of my college years. Still remember a wacko dog going nuts at the beach during my weekend.

That chapel is amazing.

Interesting to see that Breseman is still around. Long time.
