I found your videos a few days ago and watched a majority of them, it was after 5 am when I stopped watching so I could get some sleep. I too am on a weight loss journey, I started about 5 months ago and have lost 65.8 pounds, but I still have 232 let to go. I am currently on the Medifast Take Shape For Life Plan and joined TOPS for support and weigh in.
You are such an inspiration, you are doing awesome, keep up the good work! I will continue to follow your journey.

@natkat519 Just had my weekly weigh-in and I lost 9.6 pounds, now my total is 75.4 pounds, I am so excited as it is the most weight I have ever lost. Just had to tell you.
