Amtrak 3 Southwest Chief - Arrival Lamy, NM

Here's a nugget for you - P32-8 #511 sandwiched between P-40 #832 head unit and another unidentified P-40. There are 5 material handling cars placed ahead of the baggage car. Lamy is the station stop for Santa Fe. I shot this in May, 1996 from the platform before boarding

They dont use P40's right now. They are being restored. Havent used them in years. They use P42's.
