Possibly, a KONE elevator. Why I say this is because the chime, the indicator, and I have seen KONE elevators with these fixtures. It could also be a GAL elevator just like the Monument Terrace elevator.

Why does that elevator stop at a set of doors with just a handrail in front, it would make sense to remove it unless that's there for emergencyr escues, but I wonder if that floor has a call button outside, as f not it's a good chance of people getting stuck.
