@JiminyKracker haha, just stumbled on this to as I searched to see if Meat Loaf was the worst performer EVER (here's a hint - he was by far).
And I did end up getting the jacket I desired. Found it in an op-shop in Germany for 10 euro. Done and done ;)

I think - if I remember rightly - Sportsplay had started selling videos as ProFootball in 1986 of VFL matches and in 1987 teamed with Channel 2 to broadcast VFL among other things. They would broadcast sport in pubs under license. It was an early form of Pay TV but it didn't last too long. I will probably stand corrected on this.

Fair comment, it is so bad it is almost good. Daryl seems to think he is Don Johnson from Miami Vice in that white suit. Grand Final footage is common but you don't get pre and post game vision on the official videos/DVD's so I am going to upload a few. You probably will flag me by the time you see them all.
