Getting back into the groove of things, the rest of the animations are 'finished' but I'm still rendering them out/editing them as I see fit. Here's the reload for you guys though to check out and give some critique on because I know there's some stuff wrong...gotten only slightly rusty over the months I've barely touched animation in Max 8.

Also: Bam. Eat it you stupid CS:S idiots who think I'm a "bad animator" and know "nothing about animation and rendering." Yes, I know I'm mean at times but you guys really frustrate me a lot.

    Animate it, then render it with motion blur and some nice lighting.

    Yeah it looks slightly jerky/fast...also it's an origin.

    In Halo we actually have a real animation called the "idle" where the gun actually moves and such.

  • @ODX999 Which is what Halo 3 and beyond all do in real time... I hope Anniversary edition of Halo CE will hit the PC.

  • Its good, but the only issue i'm seing here is that the movement for the clip in is way too...i guess you can say it moves too far left for that. The return to origin is also a bit slow. If you take a look at how Majority of the Halo carbines are animated, it's trying to get across that it's a weapon that you use for speed takedowns. Thus the High Damage and Decent ROF. If the animations are slow it ends up looking very poor

  • Going all to the left was unnecessary.

  • OMG that animation is so fucking awesome!! And the model and textures are good as well, that spartan arm is like the best I have ever seen!!!

  • noone ever reloads like they have ADD. but pefect, odx, perfectionist artist.
