I'm guessing the negative rating is from some dentist that takes an hour or more to do crown preps? Or better, someone who's not in dentistry at all and has no idea what they're talking about. Gotta love morons on YouTube.
This was actually made for a dentist who took over an hour for every crown preparation (entire procedure took 2 hours with impression/temps,) which is how you fail in the real world. This was to assist him in improving on his speed. Don't give negative ratings if you don't
