@healersupreme I went to a foot doc last Friday, He told me I ruptured my medial plantar tendan and broke off my bone spur in the process. an x ray shows the spur just floating there. He told me that surgery on that tendon would only make matters worse and really not necessary since 2 of my 3 tendons are okay.
