009 Prayers before sending off the Lord Ganapati to Welcome Him Again Next Year 3

Lord Ganesh also known as the Elephant God and of the many names 'Vignaharta' - Sorrow Remover has a Festival dedicated to him celebrated by people world wide.
During the Festival, and Idol of Lord Ganesh is hosted by families, Societies, Communities and followers. For the number of days till the Lord's Idol is sent off by immersion in water (Lake/River/Sea) people rejoice and respect by participating in prayer's, cultural activities and visit's to their native town enjoying the blessings of the Lord.
This year 2009 it was the Silver Jubilee year for my parents to host Ganapati Idol as a part of Ganesh Festival.
