You stood up to Chris Evans - and sometimes tried to wind him up! Big points for that. The Breakfast Show will have a hole the size of a planet earth-sized donut without you. It really, really won't be the same show anymore... sadly [sniff]. But, all the very best for your teaching lark! You'll be brilliant - and the fact that you not only were on radio, but on the BBC2 Breakfast Show and a sports caster should get you respect!

Jonny: I shed a few tears with you this morning as you struggled to articulate your thanks to the Breakfast crew. Your sports presentations were fun and your delivery of them just great. I will miss your cheery voice in the mornings as I wend my way up the map to work from Essex to Suffolk. I wish you well in your new career: Radio 2's loss will be the teaching profession's gain.
